Ambassador Opportunities
Gallery Ambassador - Assist the Gallery Curator with day-to-day tasks in setup and preparation for classes, exhibits and events, set up window displays, and in annual gallery refresh tasks.
Outreach/Admin Ambassador - Work with the Board Chair on distributing event posters and flyers, posting events to social media sites, encouraging and recruiting donations and sponsorships, fundraising and set-up and staffing of booths at community events
Event Ambassador - Support performance events in the areas of front door check-in, beverage and snack bar attendant
Student Ambassador (Must be a high school student)-Work with the Board to develop programming and marketing of interest to Students and young people in surrounding counties.
Ambassador Expectations
Be at least 18 years old unless you are a Student Ambassador
Attend mandatory training before assisting with your first event. Training is offered year-round on an as needed basis.
Volunteer once a month (more often is great and much appreciated!).
Agree to LCAA sharing your email with other volunteers.
Share promotional details on social media and help build the hype on our exhibitions, programs, and artist opportunities.
Agree to undergo a background check if you plan to volunteer during our youth arts education programs.
