February 2nd (Monday) - 6:30 - 8:00 pm. Creative Movement and Dance Class - instructor: Espoir DelMain. This class is a 4 week class on Mondays in February starting February 2nd (February 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd) from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Cost for LCAA members: $20 for whole class (or $5/session) Cost for non members: $30 for whole class (or $10/session). Shake off those winter blues with a creative movement class! All are welcome and no dance experience is necessary. Pre-registration suggested, but will accept walk-ins if space is available. The third Wednesday of each month, February thru November. 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Join us for a fun and energizing one-hour free style hand drumming class for age 16 and older. No experience is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to play! In this freestyle drumming session, you’ll explore simple rhythms, express yourself through sound, and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to boost your mood, improve coordination, or simply try something new, this class offers a joyful way to move, create, and be part of a rhythmic community.
